Textile Screen Printing

What is screen printing?

Screen printing is a very versatile printing method. Almost anything can be screen printed. It starts with a screen that is stretched over a frame. Then a stencil is applied to the screen. You then take the screen and place it over the item you want to print. You add ink to it and use a squeegee to push the ink through the open parts of the stencil. The frame is lifted up, and you have a finished product.

A screen printed garment is extremely durable and will not wash out. In most cases it will last for the lifetime of the apparel. If you don’t need that many, you can go for our digital printing method. There is no minimum for this type of printing.

What can we do for you?

We will have your garments screened with our experienced screen printing contractor that has spent over 15 years in the trade.

There are setup fees associated with screen printing. However, we do keep these fees very low. Every colour that’s in your design requires its own screen. So each colour that’s in your design will have a fee associated with it. Setup fees are $15 per colour.

If you need assistance with developing your artwork or layout, we can help you with that. If your artwork development requires more than 15 minutes, there will be an extra artwork charge.

Feel free to browse our online catalogue links for colours and styles of t-shirts and other garments such as golf shirts, jackets, etc. Have a look at our portfolio and see designs we have done and photos of actual screen printed t-shirts.
